  • Do you take insurance?
Insurance coverage is accepted under the following guidelines:

My credentials are: MS, LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), and NCC (National Counselor Certification).

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. I am not a party to that contract unless I am a preferred provider with your insurance company. My requirement is payment in full at the time of your session, and that you be reimbursed by your insurance company.

My fees are generally considered to fall within the acceptable range by most companies, and therefore are covered up to the maximum allowance determined by each carrier.

We accept health insurance coverage and participate in most PPO programs including but not limited to: Aetna Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield/Unicare/HealthLink, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BSSI, Cigna, Magellan, Managed Health Network, PHCS, and United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health. Please contact us if you do not see your insurance company listed.

Not all services are covered benefits. Please check your policy to determine coverage. NOTE: While filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that I extend to my clients, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are started.  After initially contacting Mary Ann, and if you are planning to use insurance, please contact Jenny at 1(866)441-1591 (Ext. 33) who will help you in processing your insurance claim.
